Who we are

Real Application ("we", "us", "our") builds AI assistants and custom software for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through realapplication.me, why we collect it, and how it's handled. If you have questions, contact us at info@realapplication.me.

Information we collect

We only collect what's needed to respond to your enquiry and to understand how this site is used:

• Contact form details — name, email address, company (optional), and the message you submit.
• Basic technical data — such as browser type and general usage information, collected automatically when you visit the site.
• Demo assistant conversations — questions and answers exchanged with the on-site demo assistant, used to generate responses and to see which questions the assistant couldn't answer, so we can improve it. Kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. If the assistant couldn't answer and you choose to send that question to us, you may optionally include an email address so we can reply — this is sent directly, not stored in the 30-day log.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Reply to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• Understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it over time.
• Meet legal or accounting obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we store and protect it

Contact form submissions are sent by email and are not stored in a public database. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are in place to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so this cannot be guaranteed absolutely.

Sharing your information

We don't share your information with third parties, except where required to operate the site itself (for example, hosting infrastructure) or where required by law.

Cookies

This site uses only the technical cookies or session data needed for it to function correctly — for example, to show a confirmation after the contact form is submitted. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@realapplication.me and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Data retention

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to meet legal or accounting requirements, after which they are deleted. Demo assistant conversations are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically — there is no long-term storage or tracking tied to a visitor's identity.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
